What counts as an attendee?
Anyone who joins your event from a unique device. We don't count organisers or hidden moderators.
Do add-ons cost extra on the Pro plan?
No. Every add-on except Menu + Tables is included in Pro. Menu + Tables is on Scale and above because it involves real-world catering operations we want to support properly.
Can I bring my own AI provider?
Enterprise customers can swap Claude for their own Anthropic or Bedrock account, or an Azure OpenAI deployment. Bring-your-own-key is on the roadmap for Scale.
How does data retention work?
We keep your event data so you can come back to your exec brief. After your retention window, raw inputs are deleted and only aggregated themes remain. You can export everything at any time.
